Simply Healthcare Plans, Inc. (Simply) is purchasing Miami Children’s Health Plan’s (MCHP) Florida Medicaid contract.
Miami Children’s Health Plan members will become Simply members starting May 1, 2021.
You can learn more about Simply by visiting simplyhealthcareplans.com/medicaid.

During this change period, please keep all scheduled doctor appointments. Also, if you have a case manager, continue working with them.
MCHP will keep providing your healthcare coverage until you become a Simply member.
